All orders are custom made to order. Because each item is created specifically for you, we do not offer refunds, returns, or replacements for any reason other than a manufacturing defect.

Please allow 10–14 business days after the store closes to receive your tracking information. Shipping times may vary depending on order volume and carrier delays.
